What qualities do we look for in a GE?

• flexibility and adaptability in a school setting, whether in the classroom or assisting campus staff
• strong classroom management to keep students learning, on task and engaged
• effectively deliver lesson plans to drive student learning and high levels of student engagement
• the ability to build relationships with students
• showing up daily with a positive and professional attitude

GE roles may include small group instruction, tutoring, full classroom facilitation, mentorship, enrichment, coaching, early childhood care, administrative support and more.

Scheduling is flexible and on an 'as needed' basis, we are looking for individuals with weekly availability of 3 days each week at minimum. Long-term and full-time opportunities may also be available in your area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 30 college credits
• Willing to obtain substitute certification in NJ
• Authorized to work in the U.S.Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 2+ years of teaching experience in a traditional classroom setting is preferred

$184-216/ per day

*Subject to change as based on campus and network contracts
